My friend and I have been coming here for years now. Friendly and professional service and the results are always consistently amazing.

I rarely get my nails done but when I do I go see Lulu. I had some really bad ones done up in Lloyd and she was literally one of my first stops when I got back here!! Her new set up at her home is beautiful and very clean. And she is just the sweetest!! She takes her her time listens to what you want and does a freaking awesome job. I'd also like to say I like a simple natural nail so all I did was clear coat and I love them!! Thanks girl!!

I wish I could give 0 stars and I wish I would have seen all reviews before booking a quick pedicure. My daughter was going to a ringette banquet so tried to find a last minute appointment somewhere. We called a few hours ahead and the lady said she could take her at 4:15. We then had to call because the directions through google took us to their old salon (it’s called update your address!!!) We arrived early at a house in a residential area…fine ok, but should have told me when booking. Was greeted by some guy who does not speak English…proceeded to basement where there are 2 chairs to soak feet. Then the girl called my daughter to tell her she would be there soon!?!? SHE NEVER SHOWED UP!!! So my daughter basically got her feet scrubbed, nails cut and NO POLISH by this dude. The guy could not understand that we were in a hurry so she left without colour on her nails. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!I should have paid nothing

The first time I went it was nice, the second time I went I decided to take my kids, the time I scheduled was 4:30, the owner was doing my nails and the other 2 people were serving other clients, it was becoming progressively more busy when the owner said it’s too busy now because you were supposed to come at 6 which was absolutely not true, she then went to speak to another customer to whom I overheard her telling the same story, that she was now to busy because I had arrived early. So my nails were rushed and now look like misshapen press on nails and my children waited for more than an hour and a half for gel polish that I certainly could have done a better job myself. I payed $120 to be insulted and for 3 hideous and amateur sets of nails. Disappointed.

Honestly shocked at how poor of a job they did. All 10 of my toes are covered in gel polish.. I should've painted my own toenails and saved myself the money and time.
